Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of azet.io (the “website”) and the azet waitlist. azet has not launched yet. Before it does, we will publish product-specific terms, and those terms will govern your use of the azet product. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by AZET LLC (“AZET,” “we,” or “us”), an Ohio limited liability company (formation in progress), 6545 Market Ave N Ste 100, Canton, OH 44721, USA. You can reach us at hello@azet.io. Advertising and marketing services for clients in Korea are provided by our Korea office, registered in the Republic of Korea as AZET (business registration no. 897-76-00506), under separate contracts.
2. What the website offers today
The website describes azet, the AI assistant we are building, and AZET’s advertising and marketing services. The only azet feature available today is the waitlist. Plans, features, and commitments described on the website, such as the Free, Plus, and Pro plans, azet Business controls, and how business data will be handled, describe what we plan to offer at launch. They are not available yet, and details may change before launch.
3. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Break the law or our Usage policy while using the website
- Attack, overload, or interfere with the website, or try to get around its security or rate limits
- Sign someone else up for the waitlist, or sign up with automated tools
- Claim to be AZET, or to be endorsed by or affiliated with AZET, when you are not
4. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create an account, a purchase, or a contract for the azet product.
- We are not obligated to launch azet on any date, or at all, or to give you access when it launches.
- We use your email address only to tell you when azet opens, as described in our Privacy policy.
- You can ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to hello@azet.io.
- We may remove sign-ups that appear automated, abusive, or made on someone else’s behalf.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, images, video, and the AZET and azet names and marks, belong to AZET or its licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content, or use our names or marks, without our written permission, except as our Brand guidelines allow. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
6. No investment, tax, or legal advice
azet doesn’t provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Content on the website, including our articles on advertising and marketing, is general information, not advice for your situation. For that, consult a qualified professional.
7. Disclaimers
The website and the waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AZET is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we will post a notice on the website at least 7 days before they take effect. If you keep using the website after that, the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live.
