Usage Policy
This policy explains what you may not do with azet. It applies to the azet.io website and the waitlist today, and it will apply to the azet product when it launches, together with the product terms we will publish before launch. azet is being built to handle tasks across your day, including money, shopping, payments, ads, work, and code, so these rules also cover what you ask azet to do for you.
1. Prohibited uses
Don’t use azet or the website to:
- Break the law — including trading in illegal goods or services, money laundering, evading sanctions, or infringing other people’s intellectual property.
- Harm others — threats, harassment, inciting violence, hateful content targeting people for who they are, encouraging self-harm, or helping to build weapons capable of mass casualties.
- Commit fraud or send spam — scams, phishing, impersonating people or organizations, fake reviews or engagement, deceptive ads, market manipulation, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Create or spread malware — or break into, disrupt, or probe systems, accounts, or networks without permission, including ours.
- Violate privacy — collecting, tracking, or disclosing someone’s personal information without a lawful basis, stalking or covert surveillance, or identifying people from their images without consent.
- Create sexual content involving minors — any content that sexualizes a minor, without exception. We report it to the authorities.
- Create intimate content of real people without their consent.
- Evade safety systems — bypassing safeguards, usage limits, or restrictions on your access, or opening new accounts to get around them.
- Pass off outputs as professional advice — using azet’s outputs to give others financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice as if it came from a licensed professional, or making decisions about people’s credit, employment, housing, or insurance based only on azet’s outputs without human review.
- Hide that content is AI-generated where the law or a platform’s rules require you to disclose it.
2. Actions azet takes for you
When azet launches, it is designed to take actions on your behalf, such as making payments or running ads. You are responsible for the actions you ask it to take, and you must have the right to use the accounts, money, and content involved.
3. How we enforce this policy
On the website today, we may block traffic and remove waitlist sign-ups that break this policy. When the product launches, we may review activity reported to us or flagged by our safety systems, and depending on how serious a violation is, we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or close your account. Serious violations, such as sexual content involving minors, lead to immediate action and may be reported to the authorities. 4. Report abuse
If you see azet or the website being used in a way that breaks this policy, tell us. Include a description, links or screenshots if you have them, and when it happened.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
